The inclusion of any business in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by Ethical Blooms of that business, its products, its services, its eco-friendly claims, or its business practices.

Credential badges displayed on listings indicate the source of the listing data (e.g., which certification directory it was imported from, or whether the business self-registered). These badges are informational only and reflect data obtained from third-party sources or self-reported by the business. Ethical Blooms does not independently verify, audit, or certify any business listed on the Site.

3. No Warranty on Accuracy

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the information in our directory is accurate and up to date, Ethical Blooms makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, listings, or related content on the Site. Business information including names, addresses, contact details, eco-friendly claims, and certification statuses may be outdated, incorrect, or incomplete. 7. Limitation of Liability
